TMC conducts an Internship Program in which college students learn to both manage the organization and deliver services to our teen clients. TMC interns assume front-line positions. They assess creative work for publication, mentor teen artists and writers, and provide assistance in marketing, community relations, grant writing, and event planning. Interns are unpaid and receive college credit for their 4-month tenure. Through TMC’s Internship Program, college students gain access to the range of supports, opportunities and hands-on experiences, which they need to develop into skilled and thoughtful workers. Gain leadership experience in your field of study, build your resume, and make a difference in your community by applying to TMC’s internship program. Click here to learn more about our internships.
